Stop burning your budget in a matter of days when promoting your business through Google AdWords, a PPC tool from Google. These Keyword match types helps you to connect you with the real buyers. [Targeted searches]
1. Broad Match: matches with the keyword quite broadly. Ex: Formal Shoes.
You will get lots of impressions but when it comes to CTR and conversions, it looks abysmal.
2. Exact Match: to get a total control on your account, use this option, though you may expect less impressions and clicks but your chances of connecting with the real user increases drastically so as the conversions. Ex: [Formal Shoes]
3. Phrase Match: Here you have to enter the keywords in quotation marks. Expect more impressions than exact match does. Ex: “Formal Shoes”
4. Modified Broad Match: Behaves like broad, but you must have to specify one or more words in your key phrase. Ex: +Formal +Shoes
5. Negative Keywords: Writing Negative Keywords to a campaign is a sign of a matured advertiser. Irrelevant clicks are prevented using this option. It is recommended to write single word negative keywords. Ex: Free, Cheap, Reviews, Jobs, Advantages, pdfs, videos, materials, how, why, when, merit, where, etc.
6. Embedded Match: It is a combination of two match types. Ex: -formal shoes, -[Formal Shoes]
